BUX.TO: How do they work?

I just remembered an old "Make Money Online" website called "Bux.to". Its one of those website where you can gain money online by clicking ads on their list. I tried it before and yes, it actually works. The thing is, I'm just slow and I don't have enough people refer my account. This is my result.

As you can see, I only have 7 referrals and zero of referrals website visits. :(
I got $1.2 ready to be cash out but that's not enough. It made me realize that I'm not good at this, but it makes me wonder. How come many people before me knows how to gain money for up to $500 in just 1-2 weeks? It makes irritated that they can do something like that and I cant!

Which will then bring me to my conclusion:

1. I'm not good at this
2. Doesn't have enough time.
3. Lazy

To Solve this:

1. Keep clicking ads
2. BE PATIENT
3. Invite your friends

Maybe I need to post my referral account on facebook, but that's just makes me an asshole. Posting on some forums maybe? I don't know. Give me your ideas guys.
